Our vegetarian pizzas
Our menu lists 10 vegetarian pizzas. All of them are made from sourdough proofed for 48 hours and baked in our stone oven – with your choice of wheat or spelt dough.

- Agrigento – Tomato, mozzarella, aubergine, fresh basil (€12.90)
- Vegetariana – Vegetables, rocket, tomato, mozzarella (€15.90)
- Pesto – Pesto, mozzarella, semi-dried tomatoes, fresh basil (€15.90)
- Carciofi – Artichokes, pumpkin sauce, capers, rocket, olives, mozzarella (€16.90)
- Lila – Cabbage sauce, mozzarella, artichokes, capers, rocket, fresh basil (€16.90)
- Caprese – Buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil (€16.90)
- Bufalina – Tomato, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil (€16.90)
- Quattro Formaggi – Four cheeses, fresh basil (€17.90)
Classic or with a Viennese twist
The vegetarian pizza par excellence is the Margherita – just tomatoes and mozzarella, which is exactly why it forgives no mistakes in the dough. If you like it creamier, go for the Bufalina or the Caprese with buffalo mozzarella. Our house creations have more of a personality of their own: the Lila with red cabbage sauce, artichokes and capers, or the Carciofi with pumpkin sauce.
